ORDERS

CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
4. a: If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email at info@yepsio.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you by returning goods to us in accordance with clauses 4. b and 4. c below.
4. b: You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You shall bear the cost of returning goods to us.
4. c: Before returning any goods, you must raise a return online and request an RMA number. Goods returned without a valid RMA number issued by us in advance will be refused
4.d: Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. e: The right to return goods to us, as referred to in clause 4. c, will not apply where the product or packaging has been damaged.

The provisions of this clause 4. e do not affect your statutory rights.
